I feel like this picture…

ballonn.jpgSometimes I like writing strange little sentences. Its a bit like Stream-of-consciousness because i just spit them out of me. i dont think, they just come. They are a little strange or profound or beautiful. Maybe they would make great song lyrics but i know i could never extend them, this is all my creative self has given me, so I’m not going to force them into a defined genre, they don’t HAVE to be a song or poem or short story. And i don’t have to make up a criteria for them, they just ARE. deal with it.

I like to think of them as diving boards, you use them to jump off into a pool of creative possibilitys. You ask questions, why is this person doing that? who are they? what is there story? this is weird…why? How did this happen?

Here are some of the best I just came up with, the ones that were more my inner self writing them then me writing them:

I want you all at once underneath our garden –seriously.

Baby, don’t break you day dreams over your knee, break them on the railway.

I wish that we were something more than two strangers in a drive thru.

I want you inside me. Every Tuesday. You want me too.

Lemons are for pouring into the eyes of kittens.

You know it. You know it like sunshine in a cyclone. Its inside you.

How did all of these feelings get inside of me? And how do I flush?

I feel like a cemetery.

The Magic Faraway Tree! One of my favourite books when I was kid.

Moon Face, Dame Washalot and wasn’t there a Mr. Crosspatch as well.

    Sigh, the memories. Enjoy it.

If I didn’t do this myself, I would be in awe. Oh, poo, who cares? I’M IN AWE.

Hey, just think! When we do get married and live in a treehouse, we can teach our kids to write stream-of-conciousness before anything else!

I just found a guy who would really appeal to you, and your sense of creativity. I find him hilarious. zefrank. You can find him at http://www.zefrank.com . I really like section 5 on his website.

He does a show called The Show, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

hmm - very nice sentences, they are good at creating a mood nice and crisply. Perhaps you could make one of those calenders where you turn a page for each new day and each new day could have a sentence - yeah great idea - do that!
