Every Day we murder lots of little futures.

There were once two friends.
They wrote to each other via electronic mail.
One wrote letter and sent it.
The other accidentally deleted it.
Murder.
 
The first waited and waited for the second to reply.
The second waited and waited for the first to write the letter they had already sent.
And they never spoke again.
They didn’t even attend each other’s [...]

Devastate me baby
I was built out of these maybes
They concrete all the whispers
That have hung between us
You’ve had so many shiverings

Every Sunday afternoon
Pick up the rag dolls

I’ve decided I am going to be a Performance Poet

Around the world Performance Poets are springing up from under rocks and 3-bedroom apartment buildings. These people entertain you with a soup of expression. (Ingredients: Poetry, Rap, Beat, Omph, Bam and X). And these people do Poetry Slams which can be explained here. And Australia has a National Slam which would be nice to win [...]

I whipped up some poems for my tea party (see previous post). They were fast little things, but quiet cute. I have this whole theory about what makes a good poem.
